Too often our capabilities are determined by our self-limiting beliefs or the opinions of others. What if we decided our capabilities are boundless before we allow the fear of the unknown to hold us back from discovering our potential? What if instead of looking outward for answers we realized that everything we need is within us? As a high-performance athlete, I know what it is like to strive for more.
Too often in my Olympic pursuit I questioned, did I do enough? Am I going to be enough? As the pressure to fulfill expectations barreled down, I looked to others for reassurance. It took one message to help me realize that I had everything I needed inside of me...and you do too. This presentation helps audience members find their purpose and significance and open their minds to treating others with empathy and kindness. All It Takes is within you, the key is, can YOU see it?

Since 2013, Larissa has traveled across Canada, connecting with thousands of young softball athletes and creating experiences that reach far beyond the game. Through engaging clinics, team talks, and mindset sessions, Larissa empowers youth to explore their passions—whether in softball or beyond. She believes sport is a powerful vehicle for building confidence, teaching resilience, and fostering lifelong connections that extend well beyond the playing field.
