Too often our capabilities are determined by our self-limiting beliefs or the opinions of others. What if we decided our capabilities are boundless before we allow the fear of the unknown to hold us back from discovering our potential? What if instead of looking outward for answers we realized that everything we need is within us? As a high-performance athlete, I know what it is like to strive for more.
Too often in my Olympic pursuit I questioned, did I do enough? Am I going to be enough? As the pressure to fulfill expectations barreled down, I looked to others for reassurance. It took one message to help me realize that I had everything I needed inside of me...and you do too. This presentation helps audience members find their purpose and significance and open their minds to treating others with empathy and kindness. All It Takes is within you, the key is, can YOU see it?

ALL IT TAKES Softball Clinics
PEP TALKS
It's almost clinic time! Before we get going let's kick off the event with an engaging pep talk to get your athletes pumped and inspired to take the field!
Lasting 20 minutes in length this talk sets the tone and the focus for the day giving athletes the tools to get the most out of their session!
This Pep Talk can also be delivered after the clinic to send your athletes off with a renewed sense of perspective on their individual and collective contributions, on and off the field.
Encourage athletes to look inward to cultivate the strength to exceed their potential.
Build confidence through courage.
Provide a call to action for athletes to take away from their clinic experience.
