Emerging Leaders

The All It Takes Emerging Leader Program gives young women ages 16–19 the opportunity to gain hands-on coaching and leadership experience alongside National Team athletes.

Each year, a group of Emerging Leaders are selected through an application process. We look for individuals who are open-minded, eager to learn, willing to step outside their comfort zone, and excited to grow as both a coach and a leader. No previous coaching experience is required.

Throughout camp, Emerging Leaders become part of the All It Takes coaching team. They work directly alongside National Team athletes, support a team of younger athletes, help lead activities, and play an important role in creating the positive, fun, inclusive, and competitive environment that makes the camp special.

The goal of the program is to give the next generation of female leaders an opportunity to learn by doing - building confidence, finding their voice, developing coaching and leadership skills, and creating meaningful connections with athletes and mentors.

Applications for the next group of Emerging Leaders will open ahead of the 2027 All It Takes Softball Camp.
